Refund & Exchange Policies
Closed orders are received from the Courier.
In case of a defect in the product or an error in the order
Replacement or return is made within 48 hours without incurring any additional costs.
In the event of a request for replacement or return for other reasons
You pay the full replacement or refund.
Exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product, the product must be in original condition, the returned product is received from the same place of delivery of the shipment
The amount is transferred after receiving the product via an electronic wallet (Vodafone Cash) or a bank transfer

في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج او خطا في الطلب يتم الاستبدال او الاستراجع خلال 48 ساعة بدون تحمل اي تكاليف اضافية و في حالة طلب الاستبدال او الاسترجاع لاسباب اخرى تدفع مصايف الاستبدال او الاستراجاع كاملة
الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال 14 ايام من استلام المنتج يشترط ان يكون المنتج في حالة الاصلية يتم استلام المنتج من نفس مكان تسليم الشحنة يتم تحويل المبلغ بعد الاستلام المنتج عن طريق محفظة إلكترونية ( فودافون كاش ) او تحويل بنكى
